How to get Started with Intasend Accounts Verification

Prerequisite

The following documents are mandatory for verification as an Individual User & Personal Account:

  1. National Identity Card (scan front & back side separately)

  2. KRA Certificate

  3. Recent Passport sized photo

Note: All users must have their personal details verified alongside the business details i.e in case of a business. Therefore, during the verification process, you are required to submit your personal details (above) plus the business documents as highlighted below.

How long does it take?

The verification process takes 1-3 days. Please ensure you complete email and phone number verification to avoid any delays in approval. Also consider uploading copies of the right documents of good quality as required.

What happens if I don't get verified?

You cannot be able to transact on IntaSend unless your account is fully verified.
